A distinction that sets Jessica apart among mediators is that she combines
her training, teaching, and litigation experience to quickly
establish rapport and credibility; this allows her to more efficiently
peel back the layers of the issues. Her technique allows her to be
effective in uncovering the right issues and emotions which lead to a
quicker and more meaningful resolution. Jessica is also known for
early intervention mediation where she is called in by large companies
prior to litigation being initiated and thus has successfully
resolved conflict prior to its escalation. Jessica has an outstanding
mediation resolution/settlement record.
Jessica aligns her mediation and consulting services with legal counsel
to assist in damage control and cost control. She works with
counsel on providing dispute resolution, neutral facilitation of
dialogue, and implementing preventative compliance practices
and training.
