The case had stagnated with no real settlement offers on the table, while litigation costs mounted and the case dragged on for over 2 years.

Braverman Mediation & Consulting was appointed by the Court to act as a neutral case evaluator. BMC spoke with all counsel and all of the insurance claim representatives and then did research on jury verdicts in the area with similar fact patterns.
