Legal Counsel
Braverman Mediation & Consulting works with litigation attorneys and house counsel to neutrally evaluate cases, to provide California legal advice if counsel is outside California, to better prepare cases for jury & bench trials, and to assess how adult learners (jurors) are likely to receive information. BMC also offers mediation, arbitration and settlement conference services both in person or by telephone on a sliding scale/fee to fit the case basis. For cases assigned to mediation through Contra Costa County Superior Court, BMC offers two hours of free mediation time per the EASE mediation terms of the court.

Business Owners
We provide the employment law support to business owners who might not yet have a full Human Resource team. We assess legal risk, provide employment law advice, assist in employee offer letters, handbooks, coaching/correction, hiring to firing needs for the business owner.
